JOB DESCRIPTION

Oliver’s Services are currently progressing first and second fix mechanical installations at Holly House, Gloucester — a 35-plot residential development being delivered on behalf of Bromford Housing.

Each property is being equipped with Vaillant air source heat pumps (ASHPs) alongside unvented hot water cylinders, providing an efficient and future-ready heating and hot water solution across the development.

The installation includes full plumbing for both upstairs and downstairs bathrooms, with all pipework, drainage, and services carefully integrated during the build phase to ensure a high-quality finish and compliance with modern building standards.
