Oliver’s Services completed the full mechanical installation for a four-flat residential development at 12 Commercial Street on behalf of P+P Builders.

Each apartment was fitted with a Vaillant air source heat pump (ASHP) system, providing sustainable heating and hot water. The properties include unvented hot water cylinders, new radiators throughout, and modern bathrooms, each featuring high-quality sanitary-ware and fixtures. The installation also included accessible shower facilities, ensuring the development meets a wide range of needs and building standards.
