JOB DESCRIPTION

Oliver’s Services has been contracted to carry out the full mechanical installation for a new residential development at Heol y Pentir, comprising 6 newly developed apartments and 9 houses.

The houses are being fitted with Vaillant air source heat pump (ASHP) systems, alongside unvented hot water cylinders and mechanical ventilation with heat recovery (MVHR) systems, delivering energy-efficient heating, hot water, and ventilation.

The apartments are being equipped with Mixergy intelligent hot water cylinders (iHP) and MVHR systems - a modern solution designed to optimise energy usage and support smart home integration.

This project showcases our ability to tailor mechanical solutions across varied residential settings, while supporting sustainable and future-ready housing.
