Oliver’s Services recently completed the mechanical installation of a bespoke basement-level shower block at 10 Templeback, working in collaboration with PROCOOL and office fit-out specialists Morgan Lovell.

The installation includes six high-specification shower enclosures, each fitted with concealed shower valves for a clean and contemporary finish. To ensure reliable drainage in a below-ground setting, three commercial waste pumps were installed.

A new water system was designed and implemented, centred around a Dutypoint cold water booster set and a 300L unvented hot water cylinder, both fed by a Daikin air source heat pump (ASHP). The system provides efficient hot water delivery and pressure stability for multiple users, meeting the demands of modern commercial use.
