Oliver’s Services recently completed the mechanical installation of a bespoke basement-level shower block at 10 Templeback, working in collaboration with PROCOOL and office fit-out specialists Morgan Lovell.

The installation includes six high-specification shower enclosures , each fitted with concealed shower valves for a clean and contemporary finish. To ensure reliable drainage in a below-ground setting, three commercial waste pumps were installed.

A new water system was designed and implemented, centred around a Dutypoint cold water booster set and a 300L unvented hot water cylinder , both fed by a Daikin air source heat pump (ASHP) . The system provides efficient hot water delivery and pressure stability for multiple users, meeting the demands of modern commercial use.

This project reflects our expertise in energy-efficient commercial plumbing and complex plantroom installations in challenging environments .

The houses are being fitted with Vaillant air source heat pump (ASHP) systems , alongside unvented hot water cylinders and mechanical ventilation with heat recovery (MVHR) systems, delivering energy-efficient heating, hot water, and ventilation.

The apartments are being equipped with Mixergy intelligent hot water cylinders (iHP) and MVHR systems - a modern solution designed to optimise energy usage and support smart home integration.

Oliver’s Services was proud to support the summer refurbishment programme at Hawthorn Primary School.

Working to a tight 5-week schedule during the summer break, our team successfully upgraded key facilities to enhance comfort, accessibility, and energy efficiency.

The scope of work included the full refurbishment of four student toilet blocks, the installation of two new accessible (disabled) toilet units, and the replacement of 27 low temperature radiators throughout the school. In addition, we upgraded the existing ventilation system to improve air quality and overall building performance.

The project was delivered on time and with minimal disruption, ready for the new academic year.

BRIDGEND AMBULANCE STATION

As part of the project, we installed a dedicated water feed to service the newly constructed car park and external ambulance wash station. The system was equipped with trace heating to safeguard against freezing conditions and integrated with a CAT 5 compliant breaker pump to ensure backflow prevention and maintain water hygiene standards.

Our team completed the installation efficiently and to specification, helping ensure operational readiness for emergency services in all weather conditions..
